Steps
1Application
The client contacts us and presents their particular case. One of our analysts requests precise information to analyse their request and determine the type of financing most suitable for their needs.
2Viability
Once the request is received, along with the requested documentation, the client will receive a response from the analyst indicating the feasibility of the operation and the necessary documentation to continue the processing.
Once the presented offer is accepted, the client has fourteen calendar days to withdraw without stating a reason and without any penalty.
3Processing
We handle all the necessary procedures to formalise the requested mortgage.
We arrange the property valuation with a company accredited by the Bank of Spain, which will carry out a valuation of the property to be mortgaged.
Once the most suitable option for their situation is accepted, the client has fourteen calendar days to withdraw from the bank without stating a reason and without any penalty.
4Signature
Before the signing, we contact the client to confirm all the details that will appear in the deed before the notary, the exact amount of the expenses, and the documentation to be provided on the day of the signing.
Our fees must be paid 3 days before the formalisation of the credit/loan operation. Formalisation will be understood as the moment the credit institution issues the FEIN (binding offer for the institution).
In the case of a property purchase, two deeds will be signed before the notary: the sale and the mortgage.
